Who handles the shipping of the lithographs?
All lithographs sold on Art Lithographies are dispatched directly from our workshop in Paris.
How long is the shipping time?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world and offer 2 different shipping options to our customers at checkout:
- FedEx Priority: delivery within 1 to 2 business day.
- FedEx Economy: delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
Customers are informed through email of the shipping tracking number, as well as estimated date of delivery as soon as FedEx picks up their lithograph at our workshop.
How much is the shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the country of delivery. The cost of shipping is added to the lithograph price upon confirmation of the purchase once customers enter their delivery address.
To estimate the cost of delivery, customers just need to click on "Add To Cart" and choose a country.
Will I pay import taxes when ordering a lithograph?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Art Lithographies have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Customers are therefore be responsible for paying additional import duties and taxes.
Country of origin of our lithographs will always be France. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
If you are resident of the European Economic Area (including EU countries plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) there will be no additional import taxes.
Am I protected in case of a problem related to shipping?
Customers can make claims regarding a lithograph they ordered through email at email@example.com within 14 days of the estimated time of arrival displayed on your shipment confirmation.
Should your order not have arrived within 60 days of the estimated time of arrival stated on your shipment confirmation email, send us an email and we will be happy to process a full refund.
Can I return a lithograph?
Yes. We offer every customer a 14 day no risk money back guarantee on their order.
Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
it has to be less than 14 days since you received the artwork.
the lithograph must be in its original packaging and the same condition as it arrived and returned with the certificate of authenticity it came with.
Once we receive the request we'll process it within 2 working days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The customer will be refunded within 3 working days of confirmation of safe receipt of the returned lithograph.
Will I have to pay for the return?
In case of a lithograph being returned, the price of the lithograph and the shipping cost will be refunded by us, but customers will have to pay for return cost.
How do I return a lithograph?
If a customer wants to return a lithograph, the first step is to inform Art Lithographies through email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after delivery date.
How can I get a refund?
In case of a lithograph being returned, the full price of the lithograph and the cost of shipping will be refunded by the Art Lithographies. Buyer will be responsible for return costs.
We will notify the customer via e-mail of the refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or wire transfer.
Is the payment secured?
We guarantee you a 100% secure payment thanks' to Stripe System solution, the global leader for online payment. Stripe uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process, one of the most secure payment systems today.
Customers' confidential information related to means of payment remains strictly confidential. Art Lithographies does not have access to them, only Stripe does.
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
When will I be charged?
If you pay by credit card, you will be charged 2 business days after your order.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. You will receive an invoice upon delivery of the lithograph. The invoice will also be sent by email.
All lithographs and sculptures for sale on Art Lithographies are provided with a certificate of authenticity (COA) delivered to customers upon receipt of the lithograph. This certificate guarantees the authenticity of the work. The certificate is signed by us, the original printers and publishers of the edition for all lithographs as well as by his legal representative, Mr. Charly Herscovici for all René MAGRITTE sculptures.
